Concern is an official charity partner with the Los Angeles Marathon and LA Big 5K. Funds raised by TEAM CONCERN and their charity partners support cancer research and special grant gifts outside of research.
Join Concern Foundation's Team Concern at the 2024 LA BIG 5K and Los Angeles Marathon for the 16th year in a row! In fifteen years, we have raised over $1.5 million for cancer research, services for cancer patients and treatment programs in Los Angeles and around the world.

Last day to register for the 5K and LA Marathon is at noon, March 1, 2024 or at sellout, whichever comes first.
Please note that all full marathon and charity half marathon runners will need to pick up their bib on Friday, March 15 or Saturday, March 16 at the Los Angeles Marathon Expo. There will be no exceptions. Those participating at the LA BIG 5K may pick up their bib race morning.
There are no refunds, transfers, or deferrals of the 2024 Los Angeles Marathon for any reason including an event cancellation, event conducted at a shorter distance or virtual event, or the event being rescheduled.
